Our aim is to send you, as quickly as we can, products that are of the standard and quality that we would like to receive.
Simply
-If a product is unfit or a jar of sauce breaks or other damage happens in transit we will replace the item or items.
-If you are unhappy with a product please contact us upon receipt. Your order can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Delivery charges are non refundable. To this end it makes sense that you are familiar with our products and satisfied before ordering in any quantity.
Also we like to hear your comments on the range of products, packaging or service. This helps us to get it right. We are a small company and can listen.
