These are the sauces that Cool Chile has produced so far. We start by cooking small batches our selves, testing and perfecting the recipes until we think we have got it just right. We then have them made by a bespoke sauce maker, in Yorkshire, to our exact recipe.

Dilute with stock to make a rich tasty sauce for poached chicken, turkey or root vegetables.
