Only available during the summer months, grown in the UK by Joy at Peppers by Post in Dorset. Depending on size 500g is about 5-6 pods. Fresh, dark evergreen, mild to medium poblanos. Roast and stuff or cut into strips and use in many classic Mexican dishes.
