Ordering & delivery
We like to try to send out your order the day we receive it, we stop processing orders at 15:30 hrs. Please note, the day your parcel is sent out is dependent on what you have ordered and where you are. Fresh chillies, made-to-order tortillas and hand-made sauces or chocolate may alter the delivery date, as well as your location. Orders and deliveries will only be processed on working postal days, please take into consideration when ordering during a holiday period. If you need your parcel by a certain day please email or phone us to discuss it and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Fresh products: Tortillas & fresh chillies
For us to send tortillas out for next working day delivery, we must receive your order by 10:30am. Our tortillas are made fresh to order and are packed in a modified atmosphere. Their shelf life is 10 days when refrigerated.
Please see below 'Last postal days' to help inform you on which days you can order for your area. As are tortillas are
a fresh product, our aim is to always get them to you before the weekend, so that your order does not sit in the postal system over the weekend. If you order after your last postal date, we will send out the following week.Our tortillas are a fresh product and made-to-order on our tortilla machine daily. We do not send tortillas at the end of the week because Parcelforce does not deliver on the weekend and there is no Royal Mail post on Sundays. We don’t want your fresh products sitting in the post, unrefrigerated over the weekend.
During the summer months we get fresh chillies grown in the UK, the season is unpredictable and patience is required,
but when they are available they are picked Monday morning and arrive to us Tuesday ready for us to send out.

If we receive your order after the last delivery day listed below it will be sent out the following week.
UK Mainland: Thursday
UK Highlands and Islands: Wednesday
UK Northen Island: Wednesday
Republic of Ireland: Tuesday
Rest of Europe: Tuesday

You must pick the correct zone or country for correct delivery cost.

Who we use for delivery
Royal Mail 1st Class Post
This has variable tariffs for lighter parcels for both the UK and Europe; price is dependent on the parcel weight and country. Delivery is with your normal post Monday to Saturday.
If your parcel is too large for the letter box, Royal Mail will leave a card or may leave it with a neighbour. If an item is undeliverable or the recipient does not arrange to have it redelivered, it will be held at the local delivery office for 18 days before being returned to us.
Parcelforce 24 (UK service) and Euro Priority (European service)
Someone must be in to sign for the parcel, so please use an address where someone will be in. The couriers will not leave it on the door step.
This is a flat rate service for parcels up to 28kg, delivery is anytime between 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday. Price and delivery day is dependent on where you are taking delivery, see UK zones and countries below. Please note this is not a timed or guaranteed service.
You will receive an email telling you that your parcel has been sent. If your parcel is being sent by Parcel Force 24 or
Euro Priority you will be emailed a tracking number so you can check on the progress of your delivery.
Your address is very important to getting your parcel to you on time, please make sure you include a house number
and street name, plus a correct postal code. We cannot ship to PO boxes and remember that hospitals, universities and prisons are difficult to deliver to, there may be delays.
