One of our lovely guest chefs, Sofia Craxton, will be showing you how to recreate delicious
Mexican street food in London this February. The class takes place on Saturday 18th February,
at the Cookery School on Little Portland St. It starts with a Cookery School breakfast and ends
with your hard earned Mexican meal served back to you accompanied by organic red/ white wines.

Join the Cookery School team and experience a day of delicious Mexican dishes full of flavour and vibrant colours.
Sofia will show you how to make salsas and marinades, tamales, tortillas, quesadillas and sopes.
Just a few of the recipes included on the day:
- Grilled Yucatan style recado served with habanero relish
- Morella grilled chicken in guajillo adobo served with country potatoes
- Corn tortillas, tamales and steak and flame grilled tacos with chargilled salsa
