Taquería (Mexican restaurant specialising in tacos)
Cool Chile Co founded Taquería in 2005. We wanted to open a taco restaurant that would serve traditional, regional Mexican recipes on our soft corn tortillas. It is a relationship made in heaven as we not only supply the restaurant with our super fresh, corn tortillas, but also our Mexican chillies, herbs and spices. We use sustainable fish, free-range eggs, chicken and pork, and organic milk and cream to create dishes such as: tacos a la plancha, almuerzo specials such as chilaquiles, enchiladas and huevos rancheros.
