Easy Peeler Clementine Mezcalita

Get in the festive spirit with this fresh and fruity Easy Peeler Clementine Mezcalita recipe.

Method

Straight up in a martini glass.

  1. Chill 2 martini glasses. 
  2. Moisten the rim of a martinin glass with lime and dip in the worm salt to coat.
  3. Add both juices, sugar syup and mezcal.
  4. Add ice cubes, put lid on the shaker and shake until your hands freeze to the vessel.
  5. Remove the top and strain into the martini glasses. 
  6. Drink inmediamente! 
  7. Strain the remainder into a jug and keep on ice ready for a top up.

On the rocks:

  1. Fill 2 rocks glasses with ice. 
  2. Moisten the rim of the rocks glasses with lime and dip in the worm salt to coat.
  3. Add both juices, sugar syup and mezcal to a jug and stir
  4. Divide between the two glasses and keep the left over on ice ready for a top up.
