We grind black peppercorns with Mexican oregano, garlic and spices to make a paste which is diluted with lime juice to make a marinade or mix with butter to slather over meat, fish or vegetables.
Packed in a cellophane bag with a label.
For 1 x 250g steak: Dissolve 15g of the Bistec Seasoning Paste in a 25g lime juice. Marinate for 30 minutes - 1 hour, then barbecue, grill or fry. Or mix 5g of Bistec Seasoning Paste with 15g butter.
