- A spicy ketchup made with chipotles in adobo and tomatoes.
Chipotle chillies give this sweet, tangy ketchup a smoky depth of flavour.
Ready to eat. Use on burgers, with chips or in sandwiches; make a spicy seafood cocktail sauce by mixing with diced onion and tomato, coriander and lime juice; use as a sticky glaze for barbecuing or grilling by brushing on meat, fish or vegetables towards end of cooking.
