Dried corn husks, use as food wrappers for cooking. Use corn husks for wrapping tamales before steaming or to wrap delicate foods such as fish for the barbeque. Makes about 22 tamales
Soak in hot water for 15 mins until pliable. Shake off excess water and wrap your food into parcel shapes. Tie the parcels with some torn husks, steam or barbeque. Unwrap your food after cooking and dispose of husks.
