Dangerous Don is made using 100% Espadin agave which has been distilled twice and then steeped in Naom Quie coffee beans before being distilled once more.
Palate: sweet agave notes, minerals, smoke, dark chocolate, earthy agave and espresso bean.
Good for: sipping, try it after a meal, neat or with ice, also interesting with tonic and lime
Interesting fact: Mezcalero Celso Martinez uses NaomQuie Coffee in his recipe which is grown using natural methods in San Gabriel Mixtepec, on the Oaxacan coast.
