Aroma: earthy, peppery aromas, sweet agave

Palate: smooth, mellow, briny, sweet and zesty, bright agave flavor, fruity

Good for: on the rocks or in cocktails, perfect in a Paloma = 50ml Espolòn Blanco, 25ml part lime juice, pinch of sea salt in a tall glass, fill with ice, top up with grapefruit soda, garnish with lime.
