1. For the chicken wings, mix the salt, pepper and crushed garlic together in a large bowl. Add eggs and 1/3 of Habanero hot sauce and mix well.
2. Spread the cornflour on a large plate. Put the chicken wing pieces into the bowl and coat with the mixture, then cover them with cornflour.
3. Heat the oil for deep-frying in a deep fryer to 180°C. Carefully lower the chicken pieces, a few at a time, into the hot oil, and deep-fry for 8 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Continue with the remaining chicken wings.
4. For the sauce, melt the butter, mix in the remaining Habanero hot sauce and honey. Pour the sauce on hot wings and toss until covered all over.
