Description
Poblanos are broad, dark green chillies with a rich, distinctive vegetal flavour unlike any other. While not all poblanos carry heat, those that do are typically mild — making them perfect for a wide range of dishes.
These chillies are traditionally roasted and peeled before use, which brings out their full flavour. They’re ideal for stuffing (we recommend two per person), or for use in sauces and stews.
Grown in Spain, our poblanos are delivered fresh and full of flavour. You’ll receive approximately 4–5 chillies per 500g pack.
