    Smoked Paprika Powder A sweet, smoke-dried paprika powder. This bright red, smoked powder adds a strong smoky flavour and is especially good when used in vegetarian dishes.

    1 Chipotle Powder 60g

    Chipotle Powder is a smoked chilli powder with a strong tobacco flavour. Chipotle adds great depth of flavour to many dishes. Sprinkle over buttered boiled sweetcorn along with finely grated pecorino and a squeeze of lime juice for Mexican-style corn on the cob.

    1 Ancho Powder 60g

    Chile Ancho is a mild, sweet-tasting variety of a dried ripened poblano chilli. Sprinkle over watermelon wedges with a pinch of sea salt and a squeeze of fresh lime for a refreshing, spicy snack.

    1 Guajillo Flakes 40g

    Guajillo flakes is a mild, dried, diced chilli with a tangy tea and pine flavour. Guajillos make tasty, brick red sauces and stews. Sprinkle into simmering lentils to rehydrate and add a spicy kick and depth of flavour.
