A Mexican staple, this chilli-infused tomato sauce is key in traditional brunch dishes like chilaquiles, enchiladas and huevos rancheros.
Heat sauce in a pan over a low heat until simmering. Serve on lightly fried Cool Chile Corn Tortillas with fried eggs. Serves 2.
