Lalocura's clay pot distilled mezcales have built a steady cult following of chefs, writers, and mezcal-heads. Maestro mezcalero Eduardo "Lalo" Ángeles is a fourth-generation master distiller with a degree in agricultural engineering, and a philosophy that is all his own and is born out of two guiding principles: 'the preservation of knowledge and tradition, and the sustainable use of our community’s natural resources.'
